Lost or Hidden, what do you prefer ?
Difference between lost and hidden:
A basic rule would be “losing something is to lose little”, while buring something is to hide what is possibly of great value. You can lose a quarter, a peso, a franc... a ring or other small jewelry. If something has been lost, it is usually close to the surface (over time it may shift as far as 10 or 20 centimeters down), on the other hand, people who bury their valuables, tend to bury them deeper, to be sure that they stay well hidden.
